BOYS BASKETBALL SECTIONAL CHAMPIONSHIP Northridge VS. Warsaw 2025

The hottest ticket in Elkhart on a cold March evening was at Westside Gym. The 21-3 Northridge Raiders faced the 24-5 Warsaw Tigers for the Sectional Title. The atmosphere was loud, fast paced, and a battle of two great teams. Warsaw had a stand out game from junior center, Brady Scholl, who ended up with 24 points. But is was senior Parker Justice who became the hero, with a clutch three to send the game into overtime. Warsaw held on to earn the trophy and win 78-74.
When asked about the clutch shot at the end of regulation, junior guard Mydin Burgher “I mean, it’s PJ, man. He practices those all season. He wasn’t getting as much playing time as he wanted, and came our her and just showed us what he’s made of. I’m so proud of him.” Burgher showed a lot of hustle and tenacity himself. “I just wanted to have that mindset of attacking all the time. Go. Go. Go. Go.” That’s Indiana basketball. On to the Regionals.
