5th Annual Family Fun Fair

Mental Health Awareness of Michiana (MHAM) is excited to host the 5th Annual Family Fun Fair on Friday, May 30, 2025, at Howard Park in South Bend. This free, family-focused event invites the entire community to enjoy an afternoon of connection, wellness, and fun along the scenic St. Joseph River.

Location: Howard Park, 219 S St Louis Blvd, South Bend, IN 46617 
Admission: Free and open to the public 
Rain Location: St. Joseph County Public Library 

The Family Fun Fair is an annual tradition designed to bring families together for a lively afternoon filled with hands-on activities, live entertainment, fitness demonstrations, and access to local mental health and wellness resources.

• Emcee Kristin Sheehan guiding the afternoon's events 

Children's Activities 

• Face painting by Artsy People, LLC 
• Balloon twisting by Fun by the Yard

Fitness Activities for All Ages 

• Tai Chi with Elizabeth Kuntz 
• Zumba with Carlitos Centellas 
• Cardio drumming with Tiffany Rusher 
• Youth sports with Mariah Smith 
• Family fitness hosted by the KROC Center

Local Food Vendors 

• A Bite with Mee 
• Kona Ice

• Story Family Farm (information table) 

Beyond the fun, this event serves as a vital opportunity for families to connect with organizations that support mental health, physical wellness, and overall community well-being.
