The 2024 dinner is scheduled for Thursday, September 26, 2024, at the Hard Rock Live at Hard Rock Casino Northern Indiana in Gary. Enjoy cocktails, entertainment, dinner and the awards ceremony from 5:30 to 9:00 pm. Cost is $60 per person.
What Are The Awards?
R.O.S.E. is an acronym for Recognition of Service Excellence and the awards honor front-line employees who go above and beyond to make a positive impact on the visitor experience.
R.I.S.E. Awards, or Recognition of Industry Success and Excellence, honor managerial employees or past R.O.S.E. winners who have risen above expectations when directly interacting with customers.
