CompressAir celebrates a successful year with over 100 new machines installed

Businesses around northern Indiana and beyond rely on the fourth utility – compressed air. From the manufacturing industry to the farm that grew your favorite produce, compressors are key to powering the systems that make a countless number of our daily wants and needs.

That is part of why CompressAir, a locally owned and operated provider of compressed air services and products, is looking back on 2023 as one of its most successful years yet. Its crew of expert technicians completed over 100 new machine installs, expanding business to meet the needs of customers in new industries.

“CompressAir is proud to partner with new and current customers,” said Brittany Smith, director of marketing communications at CompressAir. “We’re helping to assist them in choosing equipment that will reduce energy costs and increase the efficiency of their compressed air system.”

Here’s a look at just a handful of the new installations CompressAir completed in 2023:

This customer, a business in the food industry, needed a cleaner, more powerful system to meet its demands. CompressAir offered the solution by supplying and installing a Sullair DSP9009WV Oil Free Air Compressor.

This clean new install consists of a Sullair LS160V, SRP Refrigerant Dryer with pre and after filters – piped in using a 90mm Infinity pipe.

A hydroponic lettuce farm that is rapidly growing needed another complete compressed air system to meet the growing demand for its product. CompressAir installed a Sullair Compressor SN7509V and Sullair Desiccant Dryer DHL-500, adding two 400-gallon tanks and tying everything together with 50mm Infinity piping to finish the job.

CompressAir’s technicians outfitted this business with a Sullair LS9009V Air Compressor, an RAX800 Refrigerated Dryer, and tied it together using a 63mm Infinity pipe.

To meet this customer’s need for more air, CompressAir outfitted them with a Sullair SR+500 and Sullair SN7500V, piped in with 50mm aluminum piping.

In one of CompressAir’s most exciting installs of the year, this customer was outfitted with Sullair’s new Large Electric redesign, using an LS19009 with Infinity piping to deliver some of the most efficient compressed air in the 250 horsepower market.

This customer, who was previously using a competitor’s compressor, worked with CompressAir to install a Sullair LS16009S Air Cooled Machine, giving them three 200 horsepower Sullair compressors.
